Texas High School Football - Kermit tipped by Reagan County

September 29, 2023: Kermit, TX 79745

The Kermit Yellow Jackets football team (Kermit, TX), was tipped 41-40 in Friday's non-league challenge with the visiting Reagan County Owls (Big Lake, TX)

The Owls (4-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Forsan (Forsan, TX). The Buffaloes come into the 2A-1 Region I District 3 challenge with a 4-1 record. In their last challenge, Forsan nipped Kermit (Kermit, TX), 40-32, in a non-league challenge.

The Yellow Jackets now sport a 1-5 record. They take the field next when they host Lamesa for a 3A-1 Region I District 1 challenge on Friday, October 6. Kermit will meet a Tornadoes team coming off a 46-25 non-league loss to McCamey (McCamey, TX). The Tornadoes record now stands at 0-6.
