The Latta Vikings football team (Latta, SC), was tipped 14-7 in Friday's league challenge with the host Lamar Silver Foxes (Lamar, SC)

The Silver Foxes (4-3) will now prepare for their challenge against Green Sea Floyds (Green Sea, SC). The Trojans come into the A Region 6 challenge with a 1-5 record. In their last challenge, Green Sea Floyds was tipped by Lake View (Lake View, SC), 58-16, in a league challenge.

The Vikings now sport a 6-1 record. They take the field next when they host Hannah-Pamplico for a A Region 6 challenge on Friday, October 6. Latta will meet a Raiders team coming off a 42-6 non-league loss to Johnsonville (Johnsonville, SC). The Raiders record now stands at 2-4.
