The Somerville Yeguas football team (Somerville, TX), was tipped 29-22 in Friday's league challenge with the visiting Louise Hornets (Louise, TX)

The Hornets (4-2) will now prepare for their challenge against Burton (Burton, TX). The Panthers come into the 2A-2 Region IV District 14 challenge with a 1-5 record. In their last challenge, Burton was tipped by Yorktown (Yorktown, TX), 36-14, in a league challenge.

The Yeguas now sport a 0-6 record. They take the field next when they travel to Snook for a 2A-2 Region IV District 14 challenge on Friday, October 6. Somerville will meet a Bluejays team coming off a 51-20 non-league loss to Weimar (Weimar, TX). The Bluejays record now stands at 0-4.
