The crowd at Friday's non-league contest between the Manchester Blue Devils (Manchester, GA) and the host Macon County Bulldogs (Montezuma, GA), observed Manchester's football squad defeat Macon County by a count of 18-7.

The Blue Devils now own a 5-1 record. They play next when they host Greenville for a A D2 Region 6B contest on Friday, October 13. Manchester will encounter a Patriots squad coming off a 26-8 non-league loss to Taylor County (Butler, GA). The Patriots record now stands at 1-5.
