The Oglesby Tigers walloped the visiting May Tigers football team by a count of 54-8 in Friday's non-league outing.

With the win, Oglesby upgrades its record to 6-0 on the season. The Tigers host Bronte (Bronte, TX) to confront the Longhorns in a non-league outing on Friday, October 6. The Longhorns go into the outing with a record of 1-5. Bronte lost 61-6 in their recent non-league outing against Robert Lee (Robert Lee, TX)

With the loss, May drops to 4-2 on the campaign. The Tigers travel to Evant (Evant, TX) to battle the Elks in a 1A 6 Man 1 Region IV District 14 (6 Man) test on Friday, October 6. The Elks come into the test with a record of 0-6. Evant lost 74-24 in their recent non-league test against Blanket (Blanket, TX)
