The Putnam City West Patriots football team (Oklahoma City, OK), was ripped 69-0 in Friday's league challenge with the visiting Muskogee Roughers (Muskogee, OK)

The Roughers (4-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Grant (Oklahoma City, OK). The Generals come into the 6A-II District 1 challenge with a 2-3 record. In their last challenge, Grant was ripped by Bartlesville (Bartlesville, OK), 62-0, in a league challenge.

The Patriots now sport a 3-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to Bartlesville for a 6A-II District 1 challenge on Friday, October 6. Putnam City West will meet a Bruins team coming off a 62-0 league win over Grant (Oklahoma City, OK). The Bruins record now stands at 2-3.
