The Piggott Mohawks football team (Piggott, AR), was ripped 70-6 in Friday's league challenge with the visiting Osceola Seminoles (Osceola, AR)

The Seminoles (1-6) will now prepare for their challenge against Palestine-Wheatley (Palestine, AR). The Patriots come into the 3A Region 3 challenge with a 3-3 record. In their last challenge, Palestine-Wheatley was ripped by Hoxie (Hoxie, AR), 49-6, in a league challenge.

The Mohawks now sport a 0-7 record. They take the field next when they travel to Walnut Ridge for a 3A Region 3 challenge on Friday, October 6. Piggott will meet a Bobcats team coming off a 33-28 non-league loss to Harmony Grove (Camden, AR). The Bobcats record now stands at 4-2.
