Alabama High School Football - Zion Chapel overwhelms Pleasant Home

The crowd at Friday's non-league contest between the Zion Chapel Rebels (Jack, AL) and the host Pleasant Home Eagles (Andalusia, AL), observed Zion Chapel's football squad bounce Pleasant Home by a tally of 39-6.

The Rebels now possess a 3-3 record. They play next when they travel to Long for a 2A Region 2 contest on Thursday, October 5. Zion Chapel will play a Rebels squad coming off a 62-25 non-league win over Dale County (Midland City, AL). The Rebels record now stands at 4-1.

Coming up next, the Eagles play the Kinston Bulldogs (Kinston, AL) in a 1A Region 2 contest, on Thursday, October 5. Pleasant Home will attempt to advance on its 1-4 season record. The Bulldogs go into the contest with a 1-4 record after their 41-7 non-league loss to Goshen (Goshen, AL).
