Maryland High School Football - Seneca Valley defeats Richard Montgomery

In Friday's league match, the host Seneca Valley Screamin' Eagles football squad scored a good 41-21 victory over the Richard Montgomery Rockets.

In their next game, the Screamin' Eagles clash with the Quince Orchard Cougars (Gaithersburg, MD) in a Montgomery County 4A - West match, on Friday, October 6. Seneca Valley will attempt to move on its 3-2 season record. The Cougars enter the match with a 5-0 record after their 41-0 non-league win over Blair (Silver Spring, MD).

The Rockets (2-3) will now prepare for their match against Rockville (Rockville, MD). The Rams enter the non-league match with a 2-3 record. In their last match, Rockville ran past Poolesville (Poolesville, MD), 49-21, in a non-league match.
