The Richlands Blue Tornado football team (Richlands, VA), was knocked off 34-12 in Friday's non-league challenge with the visiting Ridgeview Wolfpack (Clintwood, VA)

The Wolfpack (6-0) will now prepare for their challenge against Union (Big Stone Gap, VA). The Bears come into the Mountain challenge with a 5-1 record. In their last challenge, Union knocked off Twin Springs (Nickelsville, VA), 40-7, in a non-league challenge.

The Blue Tornado now sport a 0-6 record. They take the field next when they host Virginia High for a Southwest challenge on Friday, October 13.
