Oregon High School Football - Sheldon trounces Roseburg

September 29, 2023: Eugene, OR 97401

In Friday's league match, the host Sheldon Irish football squad scored a big 50-12 victory over the Roseburg Indians.

In their next game, the Irish clash with the South Medford Panthers (Medford, OR) in a 6A Special District 1 match, on Friday, October 6. Sheldon will attempt to move on its 3-2 season record. The Panthers enter the match with a 4-1 record after their 28-19 league win over Sprague (Salem, OR).

The Indians (1-4) will now prepare for their match against North Medford (Medford, OR). The Black Tornado enter the 6A Special District 1 match with a 4-1 record. In their last match, North Medford routed Grants Pass (Grants Pass, OR), 41-0, in a league match.
