The Jones Eagles volleyball team scored 2 points and limited the host Argo Argonauts to 0 in the Eagles non-league victory on Friday.

The Eagles now have a 13-11 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Saint Ignatius College Prep for a non-league game on Saturday, September 30. Jones will meet a Wolfpack team coming off a 2-0 non-league win over Andrew (Tinley Park, IL). The Wolfpack record now stands at 11-6.

The Argonauts (5-14) will now prepare for their game against Lincoln-Way Central (New Lenox, IL). The Knights enter the non-league game with a 11-8 record. In their last game, Lincoln-Way Central dropped by Lockport (Lockport, IL), 2-0, in a league game.
