California High School Volleyball - Mission Hills edged by Bishop O'Dowd

The Bishop O'Dowd Dragons volleyball team scored 2 points and limited the visiting Mission Hills Grizzlies to 1 in the Dragons non-league victory on Friday.

The Dragons now have a 6-13 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Red Mountain for a non-league game on Friday, September 29. Bishop O'Dowd will confront a Mountain Lions team coming off a 3-1 league loss to Mountain View (Mesa, AZ). The Mountain Lions record now stands at 10-9.

The Grizzlies (13-15) will now prepare for their game against Imperial (Imperial, CA). The Tigers enter the non-league game with a 15-5 record. In their last game, Imperial was nudged by Mesquite (Gilbert, AZ), 2-0, in a non-league game.
