North Carolina High School Volleyball - River Mill can't hold off Burlington Christian Academy

September 29, 2023: Burlington, NC 27215

In Friday's non-league battle, the host Burlington Christian Academy Royals volleyball team scored a tight 3-2 triumph over the River Mill Jaguars.

The Royals (8-3) will now prepare for their battle against Carolina Friends (Durham, NC). The Quakers come into the non-league battle with a 2-6 record.

Next, the Jaguars clash with the Ascend Leadership Aviators (Sanford, NC) in a Central Tar Heel 1A battle, on Tuesday, October 3. River Mill will attempt to advance on its 10-8 season record. The Aviators come into the battle with a 0-13 record after their 3-0 league loss to Woods Charter (Chapel Hill, NC).
