The crowd at Friday's non-league bout between the KIPP DC Legacy College Prep Bulldogs (Washington, DC) and the visiting Girls Global Academy Trailblazers (Washington, DC), saw KIPP DC Legacy College Prep's volleyball squad beat Girls Global Academy by a tally of 3-0.

With the win, KIPP DC Legacy College Prep upgrades its record to 5-0 on the year. The Bulldogs travel to DC International (Washington, DC) to play the Dragons in a PCSAA bout on Monday, October 2. The Dragons go into the bout with a record of 4-6. DC International won 3-0 in their recent league bout against Washington Leadership Academy (Washington, DC)

The Trailblazers now own a 0-2 record. They play next when they host Richard Wright Public Charter School for a non-league bout on Tuesday, October 3. Girls Global Academy will play a Spartans squad coming off a 3-0 league loss to Parkside (Washington, DC). The Spartans record now stands at 0-6.
