The crowd at Friday's non-league bout between the Greely Rangers (Cumberland Center, ME) and the host North Yarmouth Academy Panthers (Yarmouth, ME), saw Greely's volleyball squad beat North Yarmouth Academy by a tally of 3-0.

With the win, Greely upgrades its record to 5-3 on the year. The Rangers host Cape Elizabeth (Cape Elizabeth, ME) to play the Capers in a Class B bout on Tuesday, October 3. The Capers go into the bout with a record of 5-3. Cape Elizabeth won 3-1 in their recent league bout against Mount Desert Island (Mount Desert, ME)

The Panthers now own a 1-8 record. They play next when they travel to Maranacook for a Class C bout on Tuesday, October 3. North Yarmouth Academy will play a Black Bears squad coming off a 3-1 non-league loss to Nokomis (Newport, ME). The Black Bears record now stands at 2-6.
