Texas High School Volleyball - Perrin-Whitt over Strawn

The crowd at Friday's non-league bout between the Perrin-Whitt Pirates (Perrin, TX) and the visiting Strawn Greyhounds (Strawn, TX), saw Perrin-Whitt's volleyball squad beat Strawn by a tally of 3-1.

With the win, Perrin-Whitt upgrades its record to 16-7 on the year. The Pirates host Newcastle (Newcastle, TX) to play the Bobcats in a non-league bout on Tuesday, October 3. The Bobcats go into the bout with a record of 6-9. Newcastle won 3-0 in their recent non-league bout against Munday (Munday, TX)

The Greyhounds now own a 8-11 record. They play next when they host Graford for a non-league bout on Tuesday, October 3. Strawn will play a Rabbits squad coming off a 3-0 non-league win over Poolville (Poolville, TX). The Rabbits record now stands at 22-7.
