The Pine Hill Warriors volleyball team (Pine Hill, NM), went down 3-0 in Friday's non-league challenge with the host Tohatchi Cougars (Tohatchi, NM)
The Cougars (8-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Navajo Prep (Farmington, NM). The Eagles come into the 3A District 1 challenge with a 4-8 record. In their last challenge, Navajo Prep went down by Dulce (Dulce, NM), 3-2, in a non-league challenge.
Next, the Warriors encounter the Alamo Navajo Cougars (Magdalena, NM) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, September 29. Pine Hill will attempt to move on its 6-4 season record. The Cougars come into the challenge with a 7-1 record after their 3-0 non-league win over Jemez Valley (Jemez Pueblo, NM).
