Colorado High School Flag Football - Pomona triumphant over Mountain Range

September 29, 2025: Westminster, CO 80234

The crowd at Monday's non-league contest between the Pomona Panthers (Arvada, CO) and the host Mountain Range Mustangs (Westminster, CO), witnessed Pomona's flag football squad wallop Mountain Range by a tally of 42-0.

The Panthers (11-1) will now prepare for their contest against Dakota Ridge (Littleton, CO). The Eagles enter the 4A Jeffco contest with a 4-7 record. In their last contest, Dakota Ridge was trounced by Ralston Valley (Arvada, CO), 42-6, in a non-league bout.

The Mustangs now own a 4-8 record. They play next when they travel to Aurora West College Prep Academy for a 5A/4A Northern Colorado bout on Tuesday, September 30. Mountain Range will encounter a Spartans team coming off a 60-7 league loss to Mountain View (Loveland, CO). The Spartans record now stands at 2-7.
