The Point Pleasant Big Blacks soccer squad scored 8 points and held the visiting Buffalo Bison to 0 in the Big Blacks non-league victory on Monday.
The Big Blacks now hold a 3-12 record. They play next when they host Nitro for a Freelance bout on Tuesday, October 7. Point Pleasant will play a Wildcats squad coming off a 5-0 non-league win over Capital (Charleston, WV). The Wildcats record now stands at 10-3.
With the loss, Buffalo moves to 2-8 on the year. The Bison host Tyler (Sistersville, WV) to play the Knights in a non-league game on Saturday, October 4. The Knights enter the game with a record of 1-13. Tyler lost 12-0 in their recent league game against Wheeling Central Catholic (Wheeling, WV)
