Indiana High School Soccer - Griffith nudges Hammond Morton

In Monday's non-league outing, the visiting Griffith Panthers soccer squad scored a tight 1-0 victory over the Hammond Morton Governors.
The Panthers (8-6) will now prepare for their outing against Lowell (Lowell, IN). The Red Devils go into the non-league outing with a 6-7 record. In their last outing, Lowell got by Merrillville (Merrillville, IN), 10-0, in a non-league outing.
Next up, the Governors confront the Hammond Central Wolves (Hammond, IN) in a non-league outing, on Thursday, October 2. Hammond Morton will attempt to improve on its 2-10 season record. The Wolves go into the outing with a 4-8 record after their 8-1 non-league win over East Chicago Central (East Chicago, IN).
