The Bruins host Trinity Christian Academy (Jackson, TN) to clash with the Lions in a D II-A West 5 test on Thursday, October 2. The Lions come into the test with a record of 7-6. Trinity Christian Academy lost 3-0 in their recent non-league test against St. Agnes Academy (Memphis, TN)

The Hornets now sport a 9-3 record. They take the field next when they host Westview for a non-league test on Tuesday, September 30. South Gibson will clash with a Chargers team coming off a 3-3 non-league Kirkwood (Clarksville, TN). The Chargers record now stands at 8-3.
