In Monday's league outing, the visiting Chesterton Trojans soccer squad scored a tight 3-1 victory over the Hobart Brickies.
The Trojans (8-7) will now prepare for their outing against Portage (Portage, IN). The Indians go into the outing with a 1-2 record. In their last outing, Portage got by Michigan City (Michigan City, IN), 4-1, in a league outing.
Next up, the Brickies play the Highland Trojans (Highland, IN) in a test, on Wednesday, October 1. Hobart will attempt to advance on its 1-4 season record. The Trojans come into the test with a 10-0 record after their 6-0 non-league win over La Porte (La Porte, IN).
