Fans at Monday's non-league contest between the Naselle Comets (Naselle, WA) and the host Pe Ell Trojans (Pe Ell, WA), observed Naselle's volleyball team top Pe Ell by a count of 5-0.

The Comets (5-2) will now prepare for their contest against Lake Quinault (Amanda Park, WA). The Elks enter the non-league contest with a 7-2 record. In their last battle, Lake Quinault achieved victory over Wishkah Valley (Aberdeen, WA), 2-1, in a non-league battle.

The Trojans now own a 4-3 record. They put it on the line next when they host Wahkiakum for a non-league battle on Tuesday, September 30. Pe Ell will meet a Mules team coming off a 3-0 non-league win over Oakville (Oakville, WA). The Mules record now stands at 3-1.
