Fans at Monday's non-league battle between the Sherburne-Earlville Timberwolves (Sherburne, NY) and the visiting Brookfield Central Beavers (Brookfield, NY), saw Sherburne-Earlville's soccer squad triumph over Brookfield Central by a count of 6-1.
The Timberwolves (1-4) will now prepare for their match against Little Falls (Little Falls, NY). The Mounties come into the CSC Division I match with a 1-5 record.
The Beavers now sport a 1-5 record. They take the field next when they host Madison Central for a CCL match on Wednesday, October 1. Brookfield Central will meet a Blue Devils team coming off a 4-1 non-league loss to Poland (Poland, NY). The Blue Devils record now stands at 1-2.
