The Port Gibson Blue Waves volleyball squad scored 3 points and held the host Amite County Trojans to 0 in the Blue Waves non-league win on Monday.

Next up, the Blue Waves face the Franklin County Bulldogs (Meadville, MS) in a Class 3A Region 7 game, on Tuesday, September 30. Port Gibson will attempt to advance on its 7-6 season record. The Bulldogs come into the outing with a 12-3 record after their 3-0 league win over Jefferson County (Fayette, MS).
