Battle Creek Grizzlies (Spring Hill, TN) backers were pleased Monday as they witnessed their volleyball team overcome the visiting Moore County Raiders (Lynchburg, TN), 3-0 in a non-league challenge.

The Grizzlies (14-17) will now prepare for their challenge against Spring Hill (Columbia, TN). The Raiders go into the AA District 8 test with a 15-11 record. In their last test, Spring Hill went down by Forrest (Chapel Hill, TN), 3-1, in a league challenge.

Next, the Raiders play the Tullahoma Wildcats (Tullahoma, TN) in a non-league challenge, on Wednesday, October 1. Moore County will attempt to upgrade on its 0-8 season record. The Wildcats come into the challenge with a 13-10 record after their 3-2 league loss to Coffee County Central (Manchester, TN).
