In Monday's non-league match, the Lincoln-Way Central Knights (New Lenox, IL) volleyball squad overcame the host Beecher Bobcats (Beecher, IL), by a count of 2-0.

Next up, the Knights battle the Andrew Thunderbolts (Tinley Park, IL) in a SouthWest Suburban match, on Tuesday, September 30. Lincoln-Way Central will attempt to move on its 15-6 season record.

The Bobcats (10-8) will now prepare for their match against Tri-Point (Cullom, IL). The Chargers enter the River Valley match with a 9-11 record. In their last match, Tri-Point notched a victory over Clifton Central (Clifton, IL), 2-1, in a league match.
