Virginia High School Volleyball - Bishop O'Connell tips St. John's

The Bishop O'Connell Knights (Arlington, VA) volleyball held off the visiting St. John's Cadets (Washington, DC), 3-2 in Monday's league bout.

The Knights now possess a 10-0 record. They play next when they travel to St. Mary's Ryken for a Washington Catholic bout on Wednesday, October 1. Bishop O'Connell will clash with a Knights team coming off a 3-0 league win over Archbishop Carroll (Washington, DC). The Knights record now stands at 3-5.

With the loss, St. John's drops to 9-6 on the campaign. The Cadets host Archbishop Carroll (Washington, DC) to battle the Lions in a Washington Catholic contest on Wednesday, October 1. The Lions enter the contest with a record of 1-5. Archbishop Carroll lost 3-0 in their recent league contest against St. Mary's Ryken (Leonardtown, MD)
