In Monday's non-league challenge, the visiting Woodward-Granger Hawks volleyball team scored a 2-0 triumph over the Clarke Indians.

The Hawks (8-5) will now prepare for their challenge against Des Moines Christian (Des Moines, IA). The Lions go into the non-league test with a 4-13 record. In their last test, Des Moines Christian went down by Wapsie Valley (Fairbank, IA), 2-1, in a non-league test.

The Indians now sport a 5-15 record. They put it on the line next when they host Knoxville for a South Central test on Tuesday, September 30. Clarke will face a Panthers squad coming off a 2-0 non-league win over Fort Dodge (Fort Dodge, IA). The Panthers record now stands at 16-6.
