Grand View Christian Academy (Beavercreek, OR) backers were in high spirits Monday as they observed their volleyball team overcome the visiting Falls City/Kings Valley Charter Mountaineers (Falls City, OR), 3-0 in a non-league challenge.

The (6-7) will now prepare for their challenge against Country Christian (Molalla, OR). The Cougars enter the 1A The Valley 10 challenge with a 8-8 record.

Next, the Mountaineers meet the Lewis Academy Watchmen (Newberg, OR) in a 1A Casco challenge, on Tuesday, September 30. Falls City/Kings Valley Charter will attempt to upgrade on its 0-9 season record. The Watchmen enter the challenge with a 6-6 record after their 3-2 league win over Jewell (Seaside, OR).
