With the win, King's Fork improves its record to 3-5 on the season. The Bulldogs travel to Heritage (Lynchburg, VA) to face the Pioneers in a non-league test on Monday, September 29. The Pioneers go into the test with a record of 1-10. Heritage lost 2-1 in their recent non-league test against Bath County (Hot Springs, VA)

Next, the Hurricanes play the Warwick Raiders (Newport News, VA) in a Peninsula challenge, on Tuesday, September 30. Heritage will attempt to upgrade on its 2-10 season record. The Raiders come into the challenge with a 1-7 record after their 3-0 league loss to Bethel (Hampton, VA).
