Menaul Panthers (Albuquerque, NM) backers were pleased Monday as they witnessed their volleyball team tip the host Laguna Acoma Hawks (New Laguna, NM), 3-2 in a non-league challenge.

The Panthers (7-6) will now prepare for their challenge against Pine Hill (Pine Hill, NM). The Warriors come into the non-league challenge with a 6-5 record. In their last challenge, Pine Hill was nudged by Ramah (Ramah, NM), 3-2, in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Hawks meet the Legacy Academy Silverbacks (Albuquerque, NM) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, September 30. Laguna Acoma will attempt to upgrade on its 6-6 season record. The Silverbacks come into the challenge with a 6-2 record after their 3-0 non-league win over Tucumcari (Tucumcari, NM).
