Loyola Academy Ramblers (Wilmette, IL) followers left the game pleased Monday as they witnessed their volleyball team overcome the visiting Lake Forest Scouts (Lake Forest, IL), 2-0 in a non-league challenge.

The Ramblers (15-8) will now prepare for their challenge against Saint Ignatius College Prep (Chicago, IL). The Wolfpack come into the Girls Catholic (GCAC) challenge with a 15-4 record. In their last challenge, Saint Ignatius College Prep beat Fenwick (Oak Park, IL), 2-0, in a league challenge.

Next, the Scouts play the Stevenson Patriots (Lincolnshire, IL) in a North Suburban game, on Tuesday, September 30. Lake Forest will attempt to advance on its 5-15 season record. The Patriots go into the game with a 10-7 record after their 2-1 non-league win over Crystal Lake Central (Crystal Lake, IL).
