The Princeville Princes volleyball squad (Princeville, IL), dropped 2-0 in Monday's league battle with the visiting Wethersfield Flying Geese (Kewanee, IL)

The Flying Geese (18-2) will now prepare for their contest against ROWVA/Williamsfield (Oneida, IL). The Cougars enter the Inter County contest with a 15-4 record. In their last contest, ROWVA/Williamsfield was knocked off by Henry-Senachwine (Henry, IL), 2-0, in a non-league contest.

Next, the Princes meet the Biggsville West Central Heat (Biggsville, IL) in a Lincoln Trail battle, on Wednesday, October 1. Princeville will attempt to improve on its 6-16 season record. The Heat go into the battle with a 3-7 record after their 2-0 non-league loss to ROWVA/Williamsfield (Oneida, IL).
