    September 3, 2021: Pleasanton, NE 68866

    The Pleasanton Bulldogs (Pleasanton, NE) football defeated the visiting Axtell Wildcats (Axtell, NE), 34-14 in Friday's non-league bout.

    In their next game, the Bulldogs face the Overton Eagles (Overton, NE) in a non-league bout, on Friday, September 10. Pleasanton will attempt to move on its 2-0 season record. The Eagles enter the bout with a 0-2 record after their 28-13 non-league loss to Sandhills Valley (Stapleton, NE).

    The Wildcats (0-2) will now prepare for their bout against Ansley/Litchfield (Ansley, NE). The Spartans enter the non-league bout with a 1-1 record. In their last bout, Ansley/Litchfield defeated Ravenna (Ravenna, NE), 28-12, in a non-league bout.
