The Philo Electrics football squad scored 26 points and restricted the visiting Fairbanks Panthers to 7 in the Electrics non-league victory on Friday.
The Electrics now possess a 2-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host River View for a Muskingum Valley battle on Friday, September 10. Philo will play a Black Bears squad coming off a 47-14 non-league win over Meigs (Pomeroy, OH). The Black Bears record now stands at 3-1.
Coming up next, the Panthers play the Greeneview Rams (Jamestown, OH) in a Ohio Heritage battle, on Friday, September 10. Fairbanks will attempt to advance on its 1-2 season record. The Rams enter the battle with a 1-2 record after their 19-7 league loss to Northeastern (Springfield, OH).
