The Southwestern Warriors football squad scored 34 points and limited the host Simon Kenton Pioneers to 19 in the Warriors non-league triumph on Saturday.

The Warriors (3-0) will now prepare for their challenge against Mercer County (Harrodsburg, KY). The Titans come into the non-league challenge with a 1-2 record.

The Pioneers now sport a 2-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to Beechwood for a non-league challenge on Friday, September 9. Simon Kenton will meet a Tigers team coming off a 47-0 non-league win over Somerset (Somerset, KY). The Tigers record now stands at 3-0.
