The crowd at Saturday's non-league bout between the Harvard-Westlake Wolverines (Studio City, CA) and the visiting Valley Christian Defenders (Cerritos, CA), saw Harvard-Westlake's volleyball squad beat Valley Christian by a tally of 2-0.

With the win, Harvard-Westlake upgrades its record to 6-1 on the year. The Wolverines travel to Alemany (Mission Hills, CA) to play the Warriors in a bout on Tuesday, September 6. The Warriors enter the test with a record of 0-2. Alemany lost 2-1 in their recent non-league test against Valencia (Valencia, CA)

The Defenders (7-3) will now prepare for their test against Saint Joseph (Lakewood, CA). The Jesters enter the non-league test with a 0-0 record.
