The Roswell Coyotes (Roswell, NM) football edged the visiting Artesia Bulldogs (Artesia, NM), 38-33 in Saturday's non-league bout.
In their next game, the Coyotes face the Alamogordo Tigers (Alamogordo, NM) in a non-league bout, on Saturday, September 10. Roswell will attempt to advance on its 3-0 season record.
The Bulldogs (1-1) will now prepare for their bout against Centennial (Las Cruces, NM). The Hawks enter the non-league bout with a 1-0 record. In their last bout, Centennial nudged Los Lunas (Los Lunas, NM), 28-12, in a non-league bout.
