Virginia High School Volleyball - Union over Galax

September 3, 2022: Galax, VA 24333

Union Bears (Appalachia, VA) supporters left the game in high spirits Saturday as they observed their volleyball squad top the host Galax Maroon Tide (Galax, VA), 2-0 in a non-league match.

Next up, the Bears clash with the Carroll County Cavaliers (Hillsville, VA) in a non-league match, on Saturday, September 3. Union will attempt to advance on its 12-1 season record. The Cavaliers come into the match with a 3-0 record after their 3-0 non-league win over Pulaski County (Dublin, VA).

With the loss, Galax drops to 3-2 on the campaign. The Maroon tide travel to Carroll County (Hillsville, VA) to clash with the Cavaliers in a non-league match on Saturday, September 3. The Cavaliers come into the match with a record of 3-0. Carroll County won 3-0 in their recent non-league match against Pulaski County (Dublin, VA)
