The Kaneland Knights volleyball team (Maple Park, IL), went down 2-0 in Saturday's non-league challenge with the visiting Plainfield South Cougars (Plainfield, IL)

The Cougars (9-0) will now prepare for their challenge against Neuqua Valley (Naperville, IL). The Wildcats come into the non-league challenge with a 5-2 record. In their last challenge, Neuqua Valley defeated Batavia (Batavia, IL), 2-0, in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Knights encounter the LaSalle-Peru Cavaliers (LaSalle, IL) in a Interstate Eight challenge, on Tuesday, September 6. Kaneland will attempt to move on its 4-4 season record. The Cavaliers come into the challenge with a 5-3 record after their 2-0 non-league win over St. Bede (Peru, IL).
