New Mexico High School Volleyball - Magdalena crushed by Los Alamos

The Los Alamos Hilltoppers topped the host Magdalena Steers volleyball team by a score of 3-0 in Saturday's non-league test.
The Hilltoppers now have a 3-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Santa Fe Prep for a non-league test on Tuesday, September 13.
The Steers (1-2) will now prepare for their test against Hot Springs (Truth or Consequences, NM). The Tigers enter the non-league test with a 4-1 record.
Match Summary
The Los Alamos Hilltoppers made their first trip to the Red or Green Tournament in Hatch and came out with a tournament win. Led by Angelina Passalcqua the JR. Setter, Callie Goda and DS Gianna Benelli. The Toppers were able to put together a Huge hitting game Led by Michelle Macias and Hannah Bergemann with 7 kills each. The back row of the Toppers worked in tandem with only 7 receive errors in 3 sets. Los Alamos will take its show on the road again next week as the visit Goddard High School for the Ben Lujan Classic.
