In Tuesday's non-league challenge, the visiting Navajo Prep Eagles volleyball team scored a 2-0 triumph over the Shiprock Chieftains.
The Eagles (2-0) will now prepare for their challenge against Gallup (Gallup, NM). The Bengals come into the non-league challenge with a 0-4 record. In their last challenge, Gallup lost by Grants (Grants, NM), 2-0, in a non-league challenge.
Next, the Chieftains play the Bloomfield Bobcats (Bloomfield, NM) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, October 8. Shiprock will attempt to upgrade on its 0-1 season record.
