In Tuesday's non-league outing, the visiting Barrington Eagles soccer squad scored a tight 3-1 victory over the Toll Gate Titans.
The Eagles (1-0) will now prepare for their outing against Smithfield (Esmond, RI). The Sentinels go into the Division 1 outing with a 1-0 record. In their last outing, Smithfield got by North Smithfield (North Smithfield, RI), 5-0, in a non-league outing.
Next up, the Titans play the Prout Crusaders (Wakefield, RI) in a Division 2 outing, on Friday, September 6. Toll Gate will attempt to improve on its 1-1 season record. The Crusaders go into the outing with a 1-1 record after their 3-0 non-league loss to East Greenwich (East Greenwich, RI).
