Blackstone Valley Prep PRIDE (Cumberland, RI) backers exited the stadium pleased Tuesday as they witnessed their soccer team triumph over the host Times Squared Academy Eagles (Providence, RI), 9-0 in a league test.

With the triumph, Blackstone Valley Prep advances its record to 1-0 on the campaign. The PRIDE host Tolman (Pawtucket, RI) to clash with the Tigers in a non-league test on Thursday, September 5. The Tigers come into the test with a record of 1-0. Tolman won 4-2 in their recent non-league test against Central (Providence, RI)

The Eagles now have a 0-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to Davies Career & Tech for a Division 4 test on Tuesday, September 10. Times Squared Academy will clash with a Patriots team coming off a 9-2 non-league win over Johnston (Johnston, RI). The Patriots record now stands at 1-0.
