Fans at Tuesday's non-league battle between the Grove City Eagles (Grove City, PA) and the host General McLane Lancers (Edinboro, PA), saw Grove City's soccer squad knock off General McLane by a count of 3-1.

The Eagles (3-0) will now prepare for their battle against Fairview (Fairview, PA). The Tigers enter the non-league battle with a 3-0 record. In their last battle, Fairview tipped Wilmington (New Wilmington, PA), 4-2, in a non-league battle.

Next up, the Lancers battle the Seneca Bobcats (Erie, PA) in a non-league battle, on Friday, September 6. General McLane will attempt to upgrade on its 2-1 season record. The Bobcats enter the battle with a 3-0 record after their 6-0 non-league win over Titusville (Titusville, PA).
