Jennings County Panthers (North Vernon, IN) boosters left the game satisfied Tuesday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the host Columbus East Olympians (Columbus, IN), 2-0 in a league test.

With the win, Jennings County improves its record to 2-0 on the season. The Panthers travel to Greensburg (Greensburg, IN) to face the Pirates in a non-league test on Tuesday, September 10. The Pirates go into the test with a record of 2-2.

The Olympians now own a 1-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Hauser for a non-league test on Saturday, September 7. Columbus East will face a Jets squad coming off a 2-1 non-league win over Jac-Cen-Del (Osgood, IN). The Jets record now stands at 1-1.
