Benedictine Cadets (Richmond, VA) boosters exited the stadium pleased Tuesday as they witnessed their soccer team get by the visiting Bishop Ireton Cardinals (Alexandria, VA), 3-2 in a non-league test.

With the triumph, Benedictine moves its record to 3-0 on the campaign. The Cadets travel to Saint John Paul the Great Catholic (Dumfries, VA) to clash with the Wolves in a non-league test on Thursday, September 5. The Wolves come into the test with a record of 2-0. Saint John Paul the Great Catholic won 2-1 in their recent non-league test against Seton (Manassas, VA)

The Cardinals now sport a 0-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to Woodberry Forest for a non-league test on Friday, September 13.
