Fans at Tuesday's non-league battle between the Pontiac Phoenix (Pontiac, MI) and the visiting Clarenceville Trojans (Livonia, MI), saw Pontiac's soccer squad triumph over Clarenceville by a count of 9-1.

The Phoenix (1-2) will now prepare for their battle against North Farmington (Farmington Hills, MI). The Raiders enter the non-league battle with a 3-4 record. In their last battle, North Farmington was overwhelmed by Lake Orion (Lake Orion, MI), 5-1, in a non-league battle.

Next up, the Trojans confront the Pinckney Pirates (Pinckney, MI) in a non-league battle, on Saturday, September 7. Clarenceville will attempt to upgrade on its 0-5 season record. The Pirates enter the battle with a 2-4 record after their 9-1 league loss to Jackson (Jackson, MI).
